Crew Lift: Gym Tracker Terms

Effective August 19, 2026

Crew Lift: Gym Tracker records and coordinates workouts. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Exercise involves risk. You are responsible for using appropriate judgment, equipment, supervision, and medical guidance for your circumstances.

Your account and crew

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard access to your Apple account and device, and respect the privacy of crew members. One active crew is supported per account. Do not upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, probe the service, or interfere with other users or infrastructure.

Health and availability

HealthKit access is optional and controlled by Apple. CrewLift may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside our control. We aim to preserve acknowledged workout data, but you should keep any records required for medical, legal, or professional purposes elsewhere.

Your content and service operation

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Crew Lift: Gym Tracker the limited right to process it to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. When an account is deleted, private data is removed and retained crew history is anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.

Community standards and safety

Do not post harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, threats, violence, impersonation, spam, or unlawful content in a profile, crew name, program, or workout shared with a crew. CrewLift may reject clearly objectionable shared text and may remove content or restrict accounts after review.

Use the menu beside a member in the Crew tab to submit a private report or block the account. Blocking separates both accounts from their shared crew and prevents them from joining the same crew again. Reports are reviewed by Crew Lift: Gym Tracker support. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services; Crew Lift: Gym Tracker is not an emergency service.

Crew preview and subscriptions

Solo workout tracking is available without a Crew subscription. Creating a crew includes one 30-day preview of shared crew features for up to six active members. When the preview ends, the organizer may purchase Crew Monthly or Crew Annual through Apple's in-app purchase system. One organizer's active subscription covers that crew; other members do not need to purchase separately.

Payment is charged to the organizer's Apple Account when a purchase is confirmed. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the account for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Prices are shown by the App Store before confirmation and may vary by storefront. The organizer can manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period, subject to refunds or revocation by Apple.

Deleting a Crew Lift: Gym Tracker account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription with Apple before deleting the account. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple's applicable policies.

Termination and liability

You may stop using Crew Lift: Gym Tracker and delete your account at any time. Access may be limited for misuse, legal requirements, or risks to users or the service. To the extent permitted by law, Crew Lift: Gym Tracker is provided without implied warranties, and liability is limited to losses that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
